Sitara Pillai focuses on the banking, financing, and restructuring space. She has advised various public and private banks, non-banking financial (NBFC) institutions, and housing finance companies on numerous assignments. She has experience in advising clients in the clean energy, roadways and logistics and retail space.

Prior to joining Samvad in 2015, Sitara has worked with ASA Legal and IL&FS Trustee company.

Sitara has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from I.L.S Law College, Pune (BSL, LLB, 2012).

In her free time Sitara likes to read, travel and go for short runs.
