Nivedita is a partner with Samvad Partners and is based out of their Bangalore office. Nivedita has been practicing law for more than 15 years.
She has advised and represented investors as well as companies at various stages of investment, including with respect to early-stage, PE / VC and M&A transactions. She also regularly advises on matters relating to technology and data privacy aspects, general commercial contracts and regulatory compliance.
Nivedita holds a BSL, LL.B. from ILS Law College, Pune (2004). She is admitted to practice law in India.
Nivedita is passionate about dancing and has tried her hand at various forms of Latin as well as Indian classical dancing. Nivedita is also a fitness enthusiast and has participated in several 10K runs. She aspires to be a long-distance runner and complete a full marathon someday.
