Neha Mirajgaoker works primarily in the general corporate advisory, private equity & venture capital transactions, and mergers & acquisitions. Over her career, she has advised well-known VC / PE funds and domestic & international companies concerning their inbound and outbound investments and acquisitions. She specializes in transaction structuring with a keen focus on FEMA regulatory advice. She regularly represents various investment funds and large conglomerates on various matters, including investment and divestment transactions.


Prior to joining Samvad in 2019, Neha has worked with Gagrats, IL&FS, and Themis Associates.


Neha holds BBA, LL.B (Hons) degree from Symbiosis International University, Pune (2009) and an LL.M. degree from University College London, UK (2012). She is admitted to practice law in India.


In her free time, Neha enjoys reading, solving sudokus and listening to music.
