Harish has extensive experience in advising on start-ups, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, banking, corporate financing, private equity, projects, regulatory, real estate and dispute resolution matters.
He is admitted to practice law in India and England & Wales (currently not practising).
Harish has a B.A., LL.B (Hons.) and a Ph.D from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, a BCL from Oxford University (where he was a Radhakrishnan Scholar) and a BA (Philosophy) from the University of London.
Harish’s clients include JP Morgan, NTT Group, General Electric, IL&FS Group, Delhivery, Inventus, Shriram Group, Acciona and Cerestra.
Harish is the author of the book titled “Rule of Law in India – A Quest for Reason”. He is also the joint editor of Daksh’s (www.dakshindia.org) two pioneering reports – “State of the Indian Judiciary – A Report by Daksh” and “Approaches to Justice – A Report by Daksh.”
Apart from the law, Harish’s hobbies include running and mountaineering.
