Arjun Krishnan is a senior disputes lawyer based in New Delhi. He has acted for clients in various sectors including competition law, electricity and corporate. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi and various Tribunals and Commissions, such as the Competition Appellate Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, and the Telecom Disputes Settlement & Appellate Tribunal.
He has significant experience in both domestic and international commercial arbitration, apart from court proceedings for interim measures, setting aside awards, and appointment of arbitrators.
